GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR HOTEL ACCOMMODATION
General Terms and Conditions of Accommodation
Guests of Yastrebets hotel Wellness & SPA are required to present a valid ID card or international passport at reception in order to verify their identity. Guests who do not provide an identification document cannot be accommodated at the hotel.
If not arranged in advance, accommodation must be guaranteed at reception upon arrival with a Visa, MasterCard, or American Express credit/debit card, or in cash.
Yastrebets hotel Wellness & SPA does not have access to credit/debit card data. Access to card details is granted solely to the issuing bank.
Check-in is after 15:00.
Check-out is until 11:00.
The late check-out fee is BGN 58.67 / €30.
Smoking and the use of IQOS devices are prohibited in all indoor areas of the hotel. The fine for violation is BGN 97.79 / €50.
Pets are allowed only in the Finnish villas. The pet fee is BGN 39.12 / €20 per night. Please note that pets are not permitted in the main hotel building.
Children under 16 years of age are not allowed in the fitness center and thermal zone.
Children under 16 may use the swimming pool only when accompanied by an adult.
Personal Data Collected from Guests of Yastrebets hotel Wellness & SPA
Yastrebets hotel Wellness & SPA, in its capacity as a Personal Data Controller, collects personal data provided by guests during registration and accommodation.
The hotel collects personal data as described in Article 116, Paragraph 2 of the Bulgarian Tourism Act and in accordance with the legal obligation for accommodation providers to maintain a register of accommodated tourists. The collected data include: first name, middle name, last name, personal identification number, ID card number, nationality, date of birth, and gender.
Additional data collected by the hotel include telephone number, address, and email address. These data are used to contact the guest, confirm reservations, or provide information in case of changes.
Upon check-in, guests complete a registration form that also requires the vehicle registration number for faster resolution of parking-related matters on hotel premises.
When making a reservation through the hotel’s website, guests provide their first name, last name, email address, telephone number, and nationality.
The categories of personal data collected include only standard personal data and do not include sensitive data, as defined in Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (GDPR).
Provision and Protection of Personal Data
The hotel does not offer or grant access to guest data to third parties (including individuals, companies, foreign organizations, or others). It applies modern technological and organizational measures to protect personal data provided by guests.
The hotel provides access to personal data only in cases required by law:
Information requested by officials and/or public authorities legally authorized to request such information;
In cases concerning national security or national defense.
Certain data are provided to the following institutions:
Municipality – accommodation providers are legally required to submit a monthly report including the names of accommodated tourists;
Police – names of foreign guests who are not citizens of the EU, EEA, or the Swiss Confederation;
National Statistical Institute – for statistical purposes.
Guest data are not used for automated decision-making.
Rights of Data Subjects
Data subjects may exercise their rights of access, rectification, completion, objection, erasure, or restriction of processing by submitting a written request at reception or by sending an email to the Data Protection Officer at the address provided below.
If a data subject requests deletion of their data, the data will be erased within 35 days of the request.
Data subjects have the right to receive a response within one month, in accordance with GDPR requirements, after submitting a written request to the Data Protection Officer.
If a matter is not resolved satisfactorily by the hotel, data subjects have the right to lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Commission.

Additional Information
Guests grant consent to video recording in common areas of the hotel. The hotel conducts video surveillance in shared spaces to ensure the safety and security of guests.
Recordings are used solely for this purpose and are not shared with third parties unless requested by law enforcement authorities.
The hotel is not responsible for damage to vehicles parked on hotel premises. However, assistance will be provided when possible to help resolve any issue.
