GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR HOTEL ACCOMMODATION
Hotel accommodation policy:
- Guests at the Yastrebets hotel Wellness and SPA have to provide an ID card or an international passport at the reception so that their identity can be verified. Guests who do not present at the front desk ID card / an international passport cannot be accommodated at the hotel.
- If not made in advance the accommodation shall be guaranteed at the front desk at the time of check-in, in cash or with Visa, MasterCard, American Express or cash.
- Yastrebets Hotel Wellness & SPA have no access to credit card information. Only the card-issuing bank has access to the data.
- The check-in begins at 15:00 o’clock.
- The check-out is at 11:00 o’clock.
- The late check-out fee is 30 €
- Tobacco other devices like IQos and Glo are prohibited in all premises and in case of violation, 50 € fine applies.
- It will be our pleasure to welcome your pets in our Finnish chalets. The fee for a pet is 20 € per night. Please note that we do not allow pets in the Hotel.
- Children under 16 are not allowed in the gym and thermal zone.
- The use of the pool by children under 16 is permitted only under supervision.
Yastrebets Hotel Wellness & SPA collects the following personal information of its guests:
- Yastrebets Hotel Wellness & SPA, as Personal Data Administrator, collects data provided by hotel guests in the process of their registration and hotel accommodation.
- The hotel collects personal data, which are described in the template of article 116 (2) of the Law of Tourism and in accordance with the obligation, the establishments performing hotel accommodation to keep a register of the accommodated guests. The data to be collected are: name, surname, last name, personal identification number, ID number, nationality, date of birth, gender.
- The additional information that the hotel collects is telephone number, address, and e-mail. The details are used to contact the guest to confirm their reservation or, if necessary, to inform the guest if changes have occurred. Upon check-in, a registration form is filled in, which also requires a car registration number in case of emergency in cases that have occurred on the hotel parking lot.
- In case of reservation by the hotel’s website (www.hotelyastrebets.bg), the guest enters his / her name, surname, e-mail, telephone number and nationality.
- The categories of personal data that are collected are only personal data without sensitive guest information, as defined in Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council.
- The hotel does not offer or give access to the data of its guests to third parties (for example individuals, companies, foreign organizations, etc.) and applies modern, technological and organizational measures to protect the personal data provided by its guests. The hotel provides access to personal data only for the cases required by the law:
* Information requested by officials and/or public authorities authorized under the applicable law to request such information.
* In cases of national security or defense of the country. - Some of the data is provided to the following organizations:
* Municipality – every hotelier is obliged to provide a monthly report to the municipality in which the names of the accommodated tourists are included.
* Police – names of accommodated guests in case they are foreign guests, non-EU nationals, EEC and Swiss Confederation.
* National Statistical Agency for statistical purposes.
The information provided by hotel guests is not used for automatic scoring.
Data subject rights under the GDPR:
- Data subjects have rights regarding their personal data: the right of access, correction, addition, objection, deletion, restriction of processing, after lodging a request at the reception or by sending an email to the data protection officer.
- In case of a request for deletion, the data will be deleted within 35 days after the request is submitted.
- Upon letter sent to the data protection officer, data subjects have the right to receive a reply at the latest period of one month (the period is set by the data protection regulation).
- In the case of complaints, the data subjects have the right to address them to the Commission for Personal Data Protection.

Additional information:
- Hotel guests grant the right to being video recorded. The hotel does video surveillance that covers the common areas of the hotel to ensure the safety of its guests. The records are used solely for the described purpose and are not provided to third parties unless requested by law authorities.
- The hotel is not responsible for a damaged car, parked in the hotel parking lot, but if possible, it will help resolve the case.
