The restaurant at Yastrebets Hotel works with seasonal products sourced from small Bulgarian farms. Head Chef Lyubomir Todorov combines traditional Bulgarian cuisine with modern culinary techniques. Classic flavors are reinterpreted with creativity and precision. Each dish is balanced and thoughtfully prepared.

The dining hall is spacious and designed in warm, natural tones. Two live fireplaces create a welcoming ambiance. Soft jazz music enhances the relaxed atmosphere. In summer, guests enjoy views of the green pine forest, while winter reveals a beautiful snowy landscape.
Opening Hours and Policies
Impeccable service defines the restaurant at Yastrebets Hotel and makes it a preferred dining destination. The menu is complemented by an extensive wine selection.
The restaurant is located on the first floor and is open daily from 11:30 AM to 11:00 PM. Last kitchen orders are taken until 10:00 PM. Capacity is 150 guests. Smart casual attire is recommended. Smoking, including e-cigarettes, is not permitted. Pets are not allowed.

The night clubs
of the hotel are at your disposal to celebrate any special occasion – Christmas party, wedding party, a corporate or personal event with selected drinks in a stylish club atmosphere, stylish interiors and technical equipment with excellent sound that immerses you in the magical atmosphere of the nightlife.
The capacity:
• Piano Bar – cocktail format 80 guests or 60 seats, with a spectacular glowing wall.
• Night Club – cocktail format 100 guests or 150 seats, with large LED illuminated dance floor and disco robots.
Piano Bar Night Club are located on the -1st floor and work upon request and can be hired 24/7 without worrying about noise.

you could relax near the cozy fireplace area during the wintertime and enjoy pine tree forest view on the sunny days.
We offer you to try our fine whiskey, wine, champagne and cocktails selections and also food from the Lobby Bar Menu.
The choice of entertaining literature, board games, and wireless internet adds more colorful nuances of your solitude eve or family evenings.

We offer a wide variety of choices for breakfast on a buffet, where you can find both traditional dishes and healthy proposals, appropriate for guests following a diet; different 3 and 4-course lunch and dinner menus, many delicious proposals on a buffet, and also options for vegetarians and vegans.

The restaurant policy does not allow smoking tobacco products and electronic cigarettes.
Pets are not allowed in the restaurant.

in front of the slope is a preferable place in Borovets for taking lunch or just for a break with a hot drink.
During the summer months, you can enjoy healthy and delicious meals the backdrop of gentle forest bird music, fresh mountain air and the stunning view of the green pine forest.
