Enjoy the pleasure of delicious food and excellent wine! The hotel’s restaurants work with the best quality and typical Bulgarian seasonal products from small Bulgarian farms. With modern techniques, our Chef – Lyubomir Todorov, recreates in his own unique way combinations of traditional Bulgarian and international cuisines. The restaurant lounge is spacious, with a simple and elegant design, with many warm and soft colors. Wood in the interior, the two fireplaces, and gentle jazz music touch your soul and add to the sense of coziness and timelessness.
The superb dishes are complemented by a rich selection of wines, and the cozy atmosphere is completed with a mesmerizing view of the green pine forest during the summer and white fairy tale picturesque view in the winter days. Welcome to the restaurant on the 1st floor for lunch and dinner. Please, note that the dress code is smart casual. Working hours: from 11:30 am to 11:00 pm (the last orders for food are till 10:00 pm). The capacity is 150 guests. The restaurant policy does not allow smoking tobacco products and electronic cigarettes. Pets are not allowed in the restaurant.

Lyubomir Todorov
Chef Todorov believes that the organization is his strong skill and highly value the teamwork. In every excellent dish, the balance of flavors is persuaded. His formula for a successful restaurant is the sustainability of quality, good organization, constant progress and keeping a good concept.
Night Clubs
The night clubs of the hotel are at your disposal to celebrate any special occasion – Christmas party, wedding party, a corporate or personal event with selected drinks in a stylish club atmosphere, stylish interiors and technical equipment with excellent sound that immerses you in the magical atmosphere of the nightlife.
The capacity:
• Piano Bar – cocktail format 80 guests or 60 seats, with a spectacular glowing wall.
• Night Club – cocktail format 100 guests or 150 seats, with large LED illuminated dance floor and disco robots.
Piano Bar Night Club are located on the -1st floor and work upon request and can be hired 24/7 without worrying about noise.
Lobby bar
Relax near the cozy fireplace area during the wintertime and enjoy pine tree forest view on the sunny days at the Lobby Bar.
We offer you to try our fine whiskey, wine, champagne and cocktails selections and also food from the Lobby Bar Menu.
The choice of entertaining literature, board games, and wireless internet adds more colorful nuances of your solitude eve or family evenings.

Breakfast Restaurant
Enjoy the fresh morning and the sun rays peeking out between the pine branches and casting catchy glare as you sip a cup of aromatic coffee on the terrace of the second-floor restaurant, and the smell of freshly baked loaves of bread awakens your senses.
We offer a wide variety of choices for breakfast on a buffet, where you can find both traditional dishes and healthy proposals, appropriate for guests following a diet; different 3 and 4-course lunch and dinner menus, many delicious proposals on a buffet, and also options for vegetarians and vegans.
Working hours from 7:30 am to 10:30 am

The Terrace
The sunny terrace in front of the slope is a preferable place in Borovets for taking lunch or just for a break with a hot drink.
During the summer months, you can enjoy healthy and delicious meals the backdrop of gentle forest bird music, fresh mountain air and the stunning view of the green pine forest.

Winter working hours (15 December – 15 March): from 7:30 am to 4:00 pm
