The Thermal Zone is designed for relaxation, detox, and regeneration. It can be used by both hotel guests and non-hotel visitors. The space combines comfort, functionality, and a calm atmosphere.

The Thermal Zone includes a laconium, steam bath with amethyst crystals, herbal sauna, and Finnish sauna. Guests also enjoy an ice fountain, exotic showers, Kneipp foot therapy, relax zone, and sunny area overlooking Rila Mountain.

Laconium

Temperature: 40–50°C.
Dry heat with gradual warming.
Supports circulation and natural detoxification.

Steam Bath

Moist heat with natural aromas.
Improves skin condition and respiratory function.
Ideal before massages and SPA treatments.

Herbal Sauna

Temperature: 50–60°C.
Humidity: 40–60%.
Selected Rila Mountain herbs support relaxation and vitality.

Finnish Sauna

Temperature: 50–60°C.
Humidity: 15–30%.
Supports recovery after sports and mountain activities.

Working hours: daily 9 am – 9 pm.
Children under 16 are not allowed.
