Terms and conditions

The New Year package is valid for the period 26 Dec 2024 – 05 Jan 2025 and includes a minimum of 4 consecutive nights. All prices for accommodation are per night. Rates for double room, junior suite, executive suite and finnish villa are for 2 people. The additional payments are for 3rd or 4th person and children (4-11 years). Children under 4 years are accommodated for free. All of the rates above are per room, per night and include breakfast, dinner, New Year’s Eve dinner, use of swimming pool, bubble zone, gym, thermal zone (sauna, steam bath, herbal bath, lanconicum, Kneipp foot therapy, and exotic showers), DVD collection, free wi-fi internet, parking.

• 60 days prior arrival no penalties will be charged.
  • 59 to 45 days prior arrival 100% of the first room night will be charged.
  • 44 or fewer days before arrival will be charged 50% of the entire stay.
  • In case of no show, 100% of the initial reservation will be charged. In case you reduce your stay when already checked in the hotel, 100% of the initial reservation will be charged.
